Rise With Nick ("we", "us") operates risewithnick.com and the coaching, mentorship, and experience programs offered through it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use this website or join one of our programs.
When you apply for the Movement Specialist Mentorship, join a waitlist, enquire about an experience, submit a leadership questionnaire, or book a call, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, role, coaching experience, and any answers or notes you choose to share. When you make a payment, your card is processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details. We also collect basic analytics about how you use the site (pages viewed, scroll depth, and similar) to help us improve it.
We use your information to review your application, respond to your enquiries, book and run calls, deliver your program, process payments, and send you relevant updates about the services you joined. We will never sell your data.
We share data only with the services we need to operate: our payment processor (Stripe), email and calendar tools we use to run our programs, and analytics providers that help us understand site usage. These providers process your data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone else.
We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the services you joined and to respond to follow-up enquiries. You can ask us to delete your data or correct it at any time.
